We start with the prep most people skip: patching nail holes and cracks, sanding rough spots, caulking gaps and priming where it is needed, so the finish goes on smooth and stays that way. Furniture is covered, floors are protected and edges are cut in by hand for clean lines where walls meet trim and ceilings.
Bring us a color you love or ask us to help you choose one. We sweep and vacuum at the end of every day so you can keep living in your home while the work is going on.
Outside the Home
Exterior Painting
Siding, trim, fascia, doors, shutters and porches. Exterior paint has one job, protecting the wood and siding underneath it from Chicago weather, so prep matters even more outside. We wash the surfaces, scrape and sand loose or peeling paint, replace failed caulk, prime bare spots and then apply the finish coats.
Windows, landscaping and walkways are masked and covered, and we leave the yard the way we found it. A well-prepped exterior paint job gives your home a fresh look from the street and years of protection.

Trim, Doors & Ceilings
Baseboards, window and door casings, crown molding, interior doors, fireplace mantels and ceilings are the details that make a room look finished. They are also where sloppy work shows first. We take the time to fill, sand and caulk before the first coat, and to cut clean, straight lines against the walls.

Please move small and fragile items out of the room. We move and cover the larger pieces, protect the floors, and put everything back when we are done.
